Dirk Ivens is one of the greatest musicians in Belgium. This musical centipede has been making music for decades with four different (sublime) projects: Sonar, Dive, The Klinik and, together with his partner in crime Eric Van Wonterghem, Absolute Body Control . When the band started a second career a lot of old material came out, but Shattered Illusion is actually the first album with new material from the second Absolute Body Control era.
Dirk Ivens is een van de grootste musici van België. Deze muzikale duizendpoot maakte decennia lang muziek met vier verschillende (sublieme) projecten: Sonar, Dive, The Klinik en samen met zijn partner in crime Eric Van Wonterghem Absolute Body Control. Toen de band aan een tweede carrière begon, kwam er veel oud materiaal uit, maar Shattered Illusion is eigenlijk het eerste album met nieuw materiaal uit het tweede Absolute Body Control-tijdperk.
